Tax Administrative Assistant

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Music degree from The University of Michigan in Viola Performance with a K-12 Music Teacher Certification where she studied with Detroit Symphony violist, Caroline Coade. She also holds a Master of Music degree in Viola Performance from Texas Tech University where she studied with Dr. Kimberly Sparr and acted as the head teaching assistant for the viola studio. She is currently working towards a Doctor of Musical Arts in Viola Performance with Dr. Scott Rawls at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. 

 Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Sarah is very excited to be back on the east coast and closer to family. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Riley, who is also a musician and their tuxedo cat, Scully. When she’s not playing viola, Sarah enjoys hiking in the National Parks system and sipping coffee in cat cafes. 

Sarah works seasonally as a tax administrative assistant for Banks Mountain Financial.
